WHAT STYLE TRAINING IS USED?

We use a combination of bodybuilding, functional lifting mixed with High Intensity Interval Training (HITT). In other words, the ultimate functional fitness program designed to build muscle and burn fat.

WHAT ARE THE THREE (3) TYPES OF WORKOUTS?

GS30:

  • 30 Minutes
  • Minimal equipment needed (pair of dumbbells, kettlebell, jump rope, bands)
  • Can be done at home or in a gym
  • Short on time? Then this workout is for you

GS60:

  • Lifting + conditioning
  • Dumbbells, barbells, bands, needed
  • Can be done at home or any commercial gym
  • Looking to redefine your body? Then this workout is for you

GS90:

  • High-Intensity
  • Dumbbells, barbells, bands, conditioning equipment
  • To be done in a CrossFit style gym or at home (Not recommended for a chain-type of gym)
  • Looking for a challenge with a crossfit style program? Then this is for you.
HOW MANY DIFFERENT WORKOUT OPTIONS DO I GET TO CHOOSE FROM?

On workout days you can choose to follow 1 of 3 different workouts each requiring different amounts of time, energy, and equipment.

HOW MANY WORKOUTS A WEEK ARE THERE?

5 workouts, 2 rest days.
